    The web site for scheduling service did not notify me the recall notice would require keeping the car overnight. That is a potential problem as I do not have any backup transportation to/from the service location. Fortunately, the customer service agent suggested there was a rental car that could be used.

    Dropped my 2023 Golf R off for the 20K service. Waited nearly four hours at the dealership. When I finally asked if my car was ready, it had apparently been ready for over an hour. No one had bothered to text me. Moreover, the car battery died the very next day, so clearly they did not even do the bare minimum for the 20K service. Will not return to this location.

    I had the first appointment at 7:30am. I was told the car would be ready in an hour and half to 2 hours… I texted Gabe before 11am asking if my car was ready there was no response. I called the service number 3 times and was transferred to voicemail. Not able to reach anyone. I had someone drop me off to the service center to ask what happened to my car. I was told the The papers for my car were placed at the bottom of a pile of other papers and that the car was not serviced yet. I asked why did you not reply to the text?? And no one picks up the phone either.. my whole day was wasted because of incompetent people. I still had to wait again for them to finish my car. Absolutely terrible service, rediculous that I scheduled this appointment a month in advance and switched my work schedule for that afternoon instead of the morning. Total waste of my time

    I had a very positive experience purchasing my new Jetta SE at Serramonte Volkswagen. The salesperson, Otis, who assisted me was very professional and friendly, highly knowledgeable with the new vehicle I purchased. I didn't have any concerns with what he recommended and felt very comfortable working with him. I had a number of email exchanges and phone conversations with him a few months before my actual purchase. I lived over an hour away from Serramonte Volkswagen and there are a number of VW dealerships that are much closer. But I trusted Otis so much that even living so far away, I still chose to buy my car at Serramonte Volkswagen.

    The communication in regards to my service was very good. They let me know what the issues they found were and quote me a price to have it repaired as well as offered me options.
