The sales manager made our leasing a brand new Taos easy and a breeze so to speak. There was no unnecessary haggling for the terms of the lease. Figures were up-front. This is the reason why we are a repeat customer of the VW dealership in Colma, CA. We believe the terms are reasonable. Good job.

Even though I bring my vehicle for a safety recall, I did not provided a loaner vehicle. This is not a great customer experience. I also needed a out-of-warranty repair, but the repair estimate was extremely high. I ended up declining the repair.
