it took a very long time 3.5 hours to be exact to get a basic oil change --was promised it in a " couple of hours" also they promised to wash the car as the standard part of the service-- not only did they not do that--there were no carpet protectors in the drivers side that is standard to keep the mechanics greasy shoes from staining my carpet..I feel this gave me less confidence in the service team-both this and the wait and the failure to wash the vehicle - I might not service my car there again

I drop off my car the night before with no problems and my car was ready pretty early on Saturday. They explained to me my tires were and breaks were good. I am happy with the service. no

Besides this being the second time to come in for the recall issues and service then having the wrong color center console replaced. The communication and service was not acceptable I had to come in and voice my unsatisfaction to Wilson in person on prefer to get some kid or resolution commitment which is yet to be seen.
