JT, Sho, and Adrian were all very helpful! Sho showed me the car and described everything with great detail, never talking finances, trade-ins or "what he had to do, to get me to get in the car" ~ he only did so after we talked about the car, about the thoughts I had, questions I had, etc.. Adrain (I hope this is correct name), in finance went over everything in the financials, warranties, options etc. And then JT stayed late to had me the keys after the showroom closed. TOP TIER team
