    When i came to pick up me car the map and internet services weren't working properly. They were fine when I brought it in. The service advisor was really good, and helpful. I left the car there, and he was out sick, so no one contacted me at all to say my car was again ready for pickup. I had to call to find that out. When I went to pick it up the 2nd time they had not washed the car, and it was really dirty from the rain We had to wait 20min to have it washed. Again, the service advispr was great, but the service itself wasn't. I brought my car in I n a Friday, picked it up Wed, drove out and immediately back...then didn't get my car until Saturday. Thankfully I was able to borrow a friend's car.

    My appointment was for 7:45 for regular service expecting to receive my car back sooner than later. For some reason they did not start working on my car until 3, upending my day and schedule. In addition, a communication module that needed to be replaced that was going to be replaced that day, I was told was out of stock and would call me when it was received to schedule to replace it along with a broken sunglasses holder. My service rep said he would contact me when it came in but has yet to reach back out to me. I ended calling parts and confirmed it had arrived.

    Our service advisor, David, was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent throughout the entire process. He kept us informed and ensured that we had a positive experience. I consistently have a great experience when I bring my vehicle in for service.

    Your workflow systems need to be looked at. 6 hours to get wiper blad s changed because you had one but not the other is not reasonable. Communication with the customer and more so with worker is not great. I had been there for almost two hours before someone told me what the delay was about. The only reason I scheduled an apt was you could called me and I knew there was recalls, yet when I arrived you didn't have parts to fix the recall and only some people (who were not there) could do upgrade. People scheduling these apts should know if recalls can be fixed before bringing people in.
