Folks that answer the phone are great. Service advisors should have better communication with time frame to pick up cars. In the past because I've been bringing my car there for early 10 years. Someone has always text me to let me know my car is in and we have. I'll be getting my car back that day or they give me an estimate of when I will get my car back. This no longer happens.
