    Everyone at the dealership was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, particularly JT and Sean. I was on the wait list for the Buzz, got regular updates, calls on the status. Actual purchase was a breeze.

    While my experience with Gabriel, the service advisor, was positive—he was very helpful and attentive—I encountered some issues with the service itself. I noticed a whistling noise after picking up my car and driving just a few blocks to the store. I returned to the dealership promptly, and Gabriel quickly assisted by having a mechanic check the vehicle. They examined it for about five minutes and assured me everything was fine and that something had to be tightened. However, after driving the car for about a week after the service, I started receiving a message on my dashboard regarding a PM EPC Lane Assist error, and the performance didn’t seem as smooth as it should have been. I would appreciate further assistance as soon as possible in resolving these issues to ensure my vehicle is running properly and safe for myself and my children. Thank you!

    I was informed that the start/stop was inoperative so I brought my ‘24 Tiguan R-Line Black in at 745am and was attended right away by David! They reset the system while I enjoyed a cup of coffee and was back out on the road by 915am! Excellent service!!
