Service consultant got sick after the car was dropped off. Car was supposed to be ready in 1 day but took 3 days to get it back. No one followed up and no other service consultant called to make me aware of the situation, so after several calls and a request to speak to a manager that never had the decency to call me back was a very frustrating experience.
