I brought my car in for a routine annual maintenance and for several recalls. The team had my car for over six days, offered no loaner car, and it was challenging to arrange a shuttle once the car was ready.

Horrible. First you give us the wrong set of keys, then when we do get our keys it's closing time and you send us off with a flat tire that was never addressed or fixed. Safety should always be first - it's not even about customer service at this point. Called and left a message with the manager Wilson Lau and it's been several days now with no call back. Completely in shock that this is how you do business.
